Panorama is a bakery restaurant.

A restaurant that produces its bread on site, and offers bakery-inspired cuisine.




In the evening, the restaurant offers a sharing-oriented menu, with several tapas-style plates, where bread is a complementary element, charcuterie, cheeses and worked dipping plates (hummus, homemade rillettes, veggie terrine, etc.).


A fine selection of natural wines completes the restaurant's offering.

All the products served are fresh and perfectly sourced, from ancient wheat flours to organic or sustainable fruits and vegetables, specialty coffees and teas, as well as charcuterie and cheeses from our French regions.

For our breads, we use well-sourced, old French wheat flours, stone-ground using ancestral, artisanal methods. In this way, the flour retains all its nutritional qualities.
These flours are mixed every morning by our baker with microfiltered water on site, unrefined sea salt and our sourdough.

We favor long fermentations that allow the breads to digest a large part of the gluten for us, thus offering a much more digestible bread.
